Too easy for my son who was in pre-school and is going to kindergarten. My son is a regular kid, not gifted or anything like that, but this is just like a coloring book from the dollar store. I loved the one from 1st to 2nd grade but NOT this one.

I absolutely love this book. I am a teacher and my son is entering Kindergarten so I am stressed out trying to make sure he is prepared. The book is well organized, but I skip around bc some of the skills my son has mastered. It is very interactive and fun. My son loves receiving his stickers after he finished a lesson. We also use the book recommendations when we visit our local library. I definitely plan to continue using this product in the future.

So far so good! This for my twins that are starting kindergarten in September. As a former teacher I can tell the authors put some thought into this workbook. Good overall K skills preview/review depending on your child's level.

It is a really good summer activities book, but it also expects a little more than you would think. It is pretty easy early on, but the last section begins asking a bit more than a rising K may be ready for. You will have to help them a little more as the book assumes they can read and understand more. This is a good K to 1st book based on the end. The experiments were fun to do, and one of them is kind of over complicated, but I couldn't stop my 5 year old from constantly putting things in the freezer after one lol.

Way too easy for my daughters. They were in a preschool and are entering kindergarten. Too easy.They finished the first section (which is supposed to be 20 days) in 2 days 🙁 so not worth the money for me. But I like th structure of the book and everything else. Just a little too easy. Not challenging enough. (They are not advanced or anything. Regular kids with normal abilities)

I'm not as impressed with it as others were. For example on page 20 where there is a key to color certain shapes certain colors, the color is written out in black ink. Can preschoolers read colors yet? Not many that I know. In a different book I have, the color names are written out with the color ink that they represent. This creates more independence. For this book, I just colored in the shapes the colors that are written so that my daughter could do the activity on her own if she wanted.

Just the right amount of challenge for my kiddo. I do need to supervise him with it and provide direction. The price of this on Amazon is a lot less than what they're bathing for it at his school. I like the format, cards, stickers, chart etc. A lot of bang for the buck!

So far my son has done really well with this workbook. I like that it really just picks up where he left off in pre-school. I do wish there was a "special" sheet for the stars- since the pages rip out- and I take them out so that he doesn't get distracted with other parts of the book- putting stars on the ripped out pages seems silly- hence 4 stars, but otherwise this is a great tool for parents.
