Because I was on the pre-order list for both Tuesday & Wednesday puzzles I assumed this would be a new publication of puzzles. Well, it's not. Just a compilation of some very old puzzles. Still using the old, old names of famous stars, etc. After doing a combined total from both books of about 20 puzzles, I finally found one that had references to more modern terminology. I bought both because I consider myself between the easier Tuesday and harder Wednesday. Hah! I think the editors mixed up the difficulty levels. I am zipping through the Wednesday puzzles and getting hung up more on the Tuesday puzzles. So-so purchase. I am still waiting for someone to come out with puzzles that don't refer to movies and stars and sports managers, etc. from the 40's and 50's. Even stars from the 90's onward would be fine and I am not a young person myself. I also would love a puzzle that does not refer to sports teams and managers.

Fun, un-put-down-able. Challenging yet not too hard.

I very much liked the size of the book for traveling

I should have checked for the size of the book and pages. Clues are in very small print as is the puzzle grid.This explains the low($7.40) price. I like the New York Times crosswords, but this one should have been in larger font.will be returning for refund.
